Methodologies
I have background in UX, Teaching and Digital Media
Design-thinking and human-centered design
I believe in those methods that proved their efficiency in driving innovation in companies as IBM, HPI, SMBC, AirBnb, UberEats, Shimano, etc.
Agile Principles and Mindset
I am certified in Agile (including facilitation for SAFe) and enhance team dynamics through fostering collaboration, and implementing effective communication strategies like regular feedback and some team-building exercises
Modern tools and experimentation
I use modern tools and promote experimentation. Participants will learn how to frame ideas as experiments and bring others along on your creative vision.
Training experience
Expertise in EU
I ran a dozen of workshops of different kinds: started with workshops needed for Agile adoption on my Tech projects, continued with 7+ of problem-solving workshops at Globant and then, inspired by the local Agile community, organised concept-building and design-thinking workshops together with partner companies and independently.
Recent Upskilling and Certification
AI Design-Thinking (Julia Lettinger course) - certificate (2026)
Innovation and Commercialization, 5-weeks program by Riga Business School and UniLab
As a Facilitator, I am responsible for creating a great learning experience for people new to design-thinking methods, so I encourage participants to roll up their sleeves and learn by doing. This requires some comfort and discomfort at the same time. I value complementary strengths and differing perspectives, and I put my energy into creating a space where people feel safe, trusted, and responsible for the outcome together.
Who are my workshops for?
Cross-functional teams working with tech products
Teams in Businesses in the domains of: Web3, Banking (teaching to launch POC and initiatives in Sustainability), Beauty (product concepts in AI content tools), EdTech (universities, colleges) and others.
Project managers and UX/UI designers.
Additional value Using the method of observation I help identify team members with leadership capabilities and give advice on how to mentor & grow them.
My work at three Global hackathons
London
Dubai
Frankfurt
