Considering the challenges that we solve as Project Managers who also need to have Personal websites sometimes,
or we help others create them (like me ;), so here are BLOGGER resources.
The order of these resources is intuitive to how you would build a blog from start to finish, starting with website hosts, and onto themes, plugins, and tools. Eventually you’ll not find sections like how to monetize your blog. It's all about website looks and performance.

Website hosting and domain name GoDaddy. To setup your site, you’ll need a place for it to “live” on the internet. While there are many self-hosted options.

Next, you need to make your site look good. A framework + simple theme setup is ideal and this is how I have this site currently setup. Try Wix or Tilda.
