You're investing time and effort into your team's enhanced mental models and ability to find creative solutions through user-centric approach. I will teach them in a way that engages the decision-making and problem-solving capability. They might try online courses, webinars, and books, but effectively applying those strategies without coordination is pretty hard.

- Proven expertiseI ran a dozen of workshops of different kinds: started with workshops needed for Agile adoption on my Tech projects, continued with 7+ of problem-solving workshops in Globant and then, inspired by the local Agile community, organised a few concept-building and design-thinking workshops together with Kreativdistrikt.
- Interactive and practicalMy workshops include 1 - live exercises using one of your team’s current project cases making the learning direct and applicable. 2 - templates for deliverables.
- Resources and SupportEvery participant receives a number of templates that are either custom content assets or content from recognized sources like Google PM course.

- Over 15 POCs produced by the end of three days with one winning solutions selected by the company board by the end of months.
- We Conduct surveys / user interviews to understand current challenges and innovation goal.
- We Develop a tailored curriculum addressing identified needs, incorporating relevant case studies and exercises.
- We Facilitate hands-on activities covering all stages of Design Thinking: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test.
- Post-Workshop Support: We Provide resources and guidance.
